Orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days.Â
Shipping rates vary and estimated cost will be calculated at check out. However, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. ProGenX does not collect duties and taxes. We can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
UPS is our shipping partner and unfortunately they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO address. Â If you are unable to provide any other physical address for us to ship to, please contact us to make special arrangements. Â
Orders to residents within the USA typically arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped. Orders outside the USA can take 10-21 business days.  Due to the increase in mail theft, all orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery.  We know our customers are busy people, so you do have the ability to waive the required signature by calling us. But please note, you will in turn accept full responsibility for the package.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and PayPal.Â
Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee.
Customer service is important to us. We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us know within 15 days of delivery. As a result of safety and cleanliness standards we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for any other reasons. We’re pretty sure you will thoroughly enjoy our products anyway. Download and fill out the Product Return form from the link below. Please submit the Product Return form along with the damaged items and a copy of your original invoice. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
